How we handle what you send us
What we collect through this website, what we do with it, and your choices.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type. If you call or email us, we keep a note of the contact. The site's host also records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visited, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you, to decide whether we can help, and to keep a record of our response. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your message goes to the lawyers and staff at the firm. We share it outside the firm only when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or with the service providers that host this site and deliver its email, who may use it only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we keep your message for a limited time so we can follow up if you write again, and then delete it. If you become a client, your file is kept under the rules that apply to lawyers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, or to delete a message you sent before we began working together. Call or write to the office and we will respond.
